Loko Dhoch is owned and administered by HelpHeal Foundation. This notice explains how the Foundation handles information submitted through the Loko Dhoch website.

Information we collect

The public enquiry form collects your name, preferred contact, the type of enquiry and a brief description of the support being sought. Please do not submit detailed sensitive histories through the public website.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, determine an appropriate pathway, arrange an initial conversation and maintain a basic record of the request.

Access and sharing

Access should be limited to authorised HelpHeal staff and practitioners who require it to respond. Information should not be sold. A service provider may process information only under an appropriate agreement.

Retention and your choices

HelpHeal must approve and insert its retention period before publication. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal and operational requirements, by writing to the published HelpHeal privacy contact.
